Description

Surfside on Mollymook Beach is a large house featuring direct beach access and ocean views.

The king bed master bedroom overlooks the ocean with another two, twin single bedrooms upstairs, one with ocean views, the second overlooking the leafy front yard.

The well equipped kitchen is surrounded by windows looking out into the leafy and private front yard. The spacious living, dining area looks out across the large sun deck to the waves of Mollymook Beach. It is a fresh and bright space with full foxtel TV service, Wi-Fi internet and wood fire heater (wood supplied).

The living area opens onto the large raised deck overlooking Mollymook Beach. A BBQ and outdoor dining setting allow comfortable outdoor living with the beach literally only steps away.

A separate self contained area downstairs is accessed via external stairs and includes queen bedroom, large lounge and dining space, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet adjoining the laundry. There is also a rumpus room with table tennis and a few well loved surf boards.

Access to the house is via a private, residents only laneway with parking space for 4 to 5 cars.

Bed and bath linen is not included in our standard rates however is available at additional cost by request (We can join 2 of the single beds to provide an extra double if you'd like - just let us know)

Surfside on Mollymook Beach

The house is so nicely located ~ a beautiful vista of green and the crystalline blue waters of the bay just beyond. A 2-minute walk to the beach. The local shops are a 10-minute walk away for coffee or a meal or groceries.The house itself is pleasant and spacious, a comfortable fit for a large family or group. Scott is a good host, and took care of our needs. It has been another special holiday, thank you!

Dream Family Vacation

The online photos depict this holiday home/view perfectly. From the moment you walk in, you feel relaxed and in awe of the stunning view in front of you! We even saw 2 dolphins directly out the front which was amazing. We also found the booking process to be really easy and Scott who we dealt with, couldn't have been more helpful. We hope to revisit someday as it's a little gem!!

We stayed at this house whilst playing golf at the Mollymook hilltop course and was fantastic being right on the beach, a bit rustic, and had a really lovely beach vibe.

Comfy clean home in perfect beachfront location

Loved this house, great surfing out the front and dolphin, whale spotting from the deck. Everything working and spotless. Property manager really efficient and easy to communicate with.

Perfect position

A beautiful location sets the tone for a beachside escape. The panoramic view of Mollymook beach, the sound of the waves & bonus of catching sight of dolphins riding the waves is fantastic. The home is well presented and the kitchen provides all you need . The area also has some excellent restaurants to enjoy, and the nearby town of Milton is a great place to visit.

Fantastic classic beach house in a magnificent location.

Our two families loved the house and it’s exceptional location. With the up and down option each family had our own space and it was very comfortable. The deck overlooking the ocean is something special and all the fittings were fabulous. We just loved our visit and will book again without a doubt.
